Gain's SDF (Skills Development Facilitation) offers a comprehensive monthly skills advisory service to ensure that its clients take advantage of the benefits associated with training. Training is optimised to increase productivity, and ultimately help the organisation achieve its strategic goals. Added to that, Gain will arrange the company's Workplace Skills Plan (WSP), arrange the courses needed, complete the Annual training Report (ATR) and submit it to the relevant Seta.
